The Mission and Vision
Our mission is to provide exceptional services for athletes, coaches and organizers in the pursuit of continued development in the sport of beach volleyball. We are committed to being a trusted resource internationally by providing objective analysis and solutions that support growth at all levels.
Our vision is to revolutionize and contribute to the international growth of the sport by nurturing a professional network and becoming a leading consultancy. We make this possible by connecting those in the beach community and by offering tailored solutions that help others deliver sustainable offerings.
And the goals that drive us
Passion for the sport of beach volleyball brought us together in 2015 in sunny Southern California while working for USA Volleyball, the National Governing Body, running the beach high-performance program. Since then we feel the beach community could use a neutral helping hand to harness the rapid growth of one of the world's fastest-growing sports. Our goals are to:
- Foster a culture that puts the athlete first and in a position to be successful.
- Grow a network of world-class providers that bring growth-minded individuals together.
- Collaborate with organizers to develop new opportunities for athletes to engage in the sport and to enhance existing activities to grow participation and quality experiences.
- Serve our clients with building tailored solutions and assisting them in achieving their goals.
