Each one-hour session takes place online through video conferencing at a time that fits your schedule.
Anna is an Olympic beach volleyball coach who led the University of Southern California to three National Championships with an overall record of 206-38. She is the 2019 NCAA Beach National Coach of the Year and has coached numerous teams representing USA at home and abroad.
Strength and Conditioning
Chris is a former USAV Beach Strength and Conditioning Coach that provided Olympic hopefuls with the best quality training through research-based performance and recovery methods. He has a deep understanding of proper biomechanical movement patterns and the athletic performance needs of elite beach volleyball athletes.
Ali is a lead cadre member for USA Volleyball’s Beach Coaching Accreditation Program and had established the USAV Beach High Performance Olympic pipeline. She has been the Beach Assistant Coach at the University of Southern California and at Tulane University.
Stacey is the 2019 USAV Beach Medical Provider of the Year and has also served as the Assistant Clinic Manager at the USOC Olympic Training Center. She has supported Team USA at multiple international and domestic beach events and has also served as medical staff to Team USA at the Olympic games.
Ryan is a leading Sports Psychology Coach in beach volleyball working with Team USA athletes competing on the FIVB World Tour and on the AVP. In 2018 he contributed to the medal match success of the 2018 USA Junior Beach National Team including the Youth Olympic Games in Argentina.
Health and Wellness
Kamila is a second-team All-American for UCLA. She currently is competing on the AVP, and pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at UCLA. Kamila is an advocate for holistic health and wellbeing in athletic communities and shares how to properly fuel for sport while developing a well-rounded and healthy mindset.
